For most composition roof replacements using CertainTeed products, we’re able to offer a 25-year workmanship warranty due to our SELECT ShingleMaster status. There’s a lifetime material warranty on composition shingles, with a realistic expectation of 35 to 40 years. For other materials like tile, metal and slate, we provide a five- to 10-year workmanship warranty, depending on various factors.
