"I really liked what the workers did. The history is that my husband and I really researched and decided to use them back when they first were getting started and we loved them. Three to four years later, I called again, because I needed everything trimmed. I felt it was not the same personal service that I received the first time. We did a lot of stuff for them too back in the beginning. For instance, my husband took a lot of pictures for them to use on their website and things like that. I will say that maybe I was not in the best state of mind when I called, because my husband had passed away, but it felt like that personal service was not there anymore.
