Our Preliminary Rating Steps
In order to be featured as a top rated service provider on this website, each company must complete the following five steps:
- Meet or exceed a ONE AllRatings star score of 4.5
- Have an active business license and be in good standing with the CSLB (when required)
- Pass an internet background search
- Have a satisfactory complaint status with the Better Business Bureau
- Have all four previous steps verified by a research specialist
Be advised that although these companies have passed our 5-step preliminary rating process, they have not yet completed our 12-step Diamond Certified Rating Process.
